Jamie Turner
Jamie Turner is an internationally recognized author, CNN contributor, and
lecturer at Emory University. Organizations such as The Coca-Cola Company, Verizon, Microsoft, SAP and others invite Jamie to teach their executives about leadership and leadership development. He is the author of three popular business books (published by McGraw-Hill, Wiley, and Pearson). He is a regular contributor on CNN and other TV networks. And his Unspoken Rules of Leadership website and newsletter are read by thousands of executives around the world. Jamie has been profiled in one of the world’s best-selling textbooks and is a keynote speaker at trade shows, events, and corporations around the globe. He has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, HuffPost, Business Insider, Entrepreneur, Inc. and other prominent publications. Jamie is invited to speak at corporations and conferences around the world. In the past 5 years, he has delivered keynotes in more than a dozen countries including Dubai, the U.K., Italy, Norway, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, and Germany.
Shannon Houde

Shannon is an ICF-PCC certified executive leadership coach guiding change leaders to overcome their blocks and achieve stretch goals while balancing their human sustainability for more than 20 years. As founder of the impact sector’s first leadership and talent advisory company in 2009, she enables her clients to gain internal awareness and shape professional growth strategies that increase their interpersonal influence. Having started her career in recruiting, Shannon has coached global change leaders from 25 countries over 4,000 hours. She builds on her own roles as a team manager, a business coach and a sustainability management consultant at Adobe, Deloitte, BlackRock, and WWF. She partners with C-suite and evolving leaders across tech, financial services, and consulting with a focus on women leaders, diversity, wellbeing, ESG, and sustainability. Through fresh insights, tangible tools and live sessions, her clients build their authentic leadership presence including navigating complexity, motivating teams, gaining stakeholder trust, overcoming imposter syndrome, and inspiring behavior change. Shannon’s clients appreciate her engaging energy and blend of pragmatism with both a direct and supportive style. Her coaching approach is underpinned by emotional intelligence, neuroscience, organimetrics, leadership assessments, and mindfulness. She earned an MBA from Thunderbird Graduate School in International Management and a BA in Sociology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. A multi-lingual American, she has lived 25 years in Chile, Italy, France, Switzerland, and the UK. Originally from Washington DC, Shannon spent 19 years supporting global change leaders from Cambridge, England. She has recently moved to Atlanta, Georgia and spends a few months a year in Biella, Italy.
