COVID-19 has impacted our societies in more ways than we could have imagined, from our health, economy, education, and travel, to our everyday social interactions. Throughout this pandemic, in what seems like overnight, we had to quickly adapt to a “new normal.” National and local governments have played a pivotal role in leading the charge to combat the spread of COVID-19 and to protect communities from the devastating impact of the virus. As countries and cities come together to support one another through exchange of best practices, sharing human capital and even resources, it has become clear, that now more than ever, strategic partnerships on a domestic and global level are essential to move forward together.

Join the City of Atlanta Mayor’s Office of International Affairs for a conversation with the City of Amsterdam, the City of São Paulo, and the City of Seoul, to learn how each city is dealing with COVID-19 from a recovery perspective. Discussion topics will include international strategic partnerships, recovery and support efforts for businesses, and innovative ways to promote commmerce.
