Learn the art of cocktail making with Master Craftsmen, George Reilly, who will be creating four specialty cocktails that can be paired with delicious food. If you are located in the Greater Philadelphia region you are invited to purchase the pairing menu from The Twisted Tail. The below combinations will be offered for $35 from their 3 course menu. Orders can be placed anytime after noon. Food will be prepared for pick up within your choice time slot. Please ensure you have all ingredients prior to the event (scroll down).

The Cocktail Demo is the last of the three BABCPHL Summer Series networking events that will be held once a month in June, July and August. The events are complimentary however, in light of the current crises, we are suggesting, if you are able, to consider making a $10 donation per attendee. This voluntary contribution will be donated in full to Project Home.
The session will be led by Master Craftsman, George Reilly, Owner of The Twisted Tail Bourbon House and Juke Joint in Society Hill, Philadelphia. George began his hospitality career in the English pubs, pouring beer for the locals at aged 18. Now, through an involved and diverse career and a developed interest in wines, spirits and cocktail creation, he has become one of Philadelphia’s trusted whiskey and cocktail masters. His passion for the industry is found highlighted in his bar program at The Twisted Tail. Since living in Philadelphia, George has been complimented in many publications, including Zagat, CBS Philly and Drink Philly, as well as having his winter seasonal cocktails featured in Philadelphia Magazine. George regularly hosts Whiskey tastings and cocktail seminars, both at his restaurant and at other venues for all styles of events, from corporate functions to intimate family gatherings, as well as being hired for cocktail consultation and home bar set-ups and catering.

Strawberry/Rhubarb Shrub – pairs with Pineapple Panna Cotta or Beignets
