Payroll Protection Program: Learn about the status of the PPP program and whether companies can still participate and the terms. In particular, we will review the ability of companies owned by foreign parents to borrow under this program. We will also address the risks around audit of this program and the process for claiming loan forgiveness.  Finally, we will share the latest developments from Congress about extending the program and making it more usable.

Main Street Lending Program: This Main Street Lending Program is the next stimulus program to assist small and mid-sized companies. It is expected to begin in early June and will make loans between $500,000 to $200,000,000 available to companies through the banking industry.  Again, we will address the eligibility requirements and particularly whether companies with foreign affiliates and owners can participate.  How these loans interact with existing loans and how companies should address their existing lender relationship, will be a particular focus. Finally, we will cover the financial terms of these loans and expected documentation.
