Andrew Gross

Andrew Gross is an attorney practicing business and tax planning, and regulatory compliance for closely held businesses and their principals. He also advises non U.S. clients in establishing their presence in the United States, focusing on their business and employment, federal and state company and tax issues, and coordinates tax and business planning with the client’s home country professional advisors. Andrew is also a principal, officer and General Counsel of HB NEXT Corporation, a regulatory compliance services company providing integrated services, innovative technology, tools and training to manage clients’ environmental, health and safety compliance. Andrew represents HB NEXT clients in OSHA, MSHA, DOT, EPA and EPD matters.

Andrew holds an A.B. degree in history from Kenyon College, and law degrees from New England School of Law (J.D.) and Georgetown University Law Center (L.L.M. in Taxation). He is licensed in the state and federal courts of Georgia, New York and Washington, D.C.

Andrew is also a commercial arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau, and recently served two terms as a Member of the Board of Governors of Lake Lanier Sailing Club.
